FOR PARENTS

Thank you for the honor of considering Universitas to be a part of your child's college application team. We say this because we firmly believe that it is a team effort and that we are but members of your child's team. The team will be led by....and be focused on... your child and our role is simply supportive. You now have the privilege of watching your child make the first truly adult decision in his life and much like watching him take his first baby steps, the experience is indeed bittersweet.

Being part of this team, you will be kept up to date on the progress of the application. You will be advised on things like test scores and will be given copies of any essays that your child will submit in support of his/her application. You will be consulted before any permanent decisions are made like what schools your child will apply to and what school he/she will choose to attend.

As part of the counseling service we are providing, any information you or your child will share with us will be held in the strictest confidence
